Teen's Death Silences the Laughter

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of a womb, a reward....Pslam 127:3-5

Teri is a very good Blogger Friend of mine.

A few days ago one of Teri's daughters celebrated her 15th birthday.

The day before that, one of 15's friends celebrated a birthday as well.

Having a friend with a birthday so close to your own is own of those quirky things that help form a bond between kids. These two young people were no different.

Sadly, 15's friend was killed in a horrible accident while out bike riding.

I am asking you to please go over to Teri's blog Snarkest and read this touching and tragic story.

If you are so inclined, leave a comment of support or prayer for not only the young person who left this life way too soon, but for the family, friends and community who have been devastated by this terrible mishap.

Oh.....be sure to hug your kids today.

Instinct told me that something was wrong.

Very wrong.

It was.

Very wrong.
